Policies.

Attendance.

• Students are expected to attend all classes regularly.
• If a dancer will be absent, please notify the studio before class begins.
• Excessive absences may affect participation in performances, competitions, and recitals.
• Tuition is not adjusted for missed classes.

02.

Dress code.

• Proper dance attire and shoes are required for all classes.
• Hair must be secured away from the face.
• Jewelry should be kept to a minimum for safety reasons.

03.

Class etiquette.

• Dancers should show respect to instructors, staff, classmates, and studio property.
• No disruptive behavior, bullying, or inappropriate language will be tolerated.
• Food, gum, and drinks other than water are not permitted in the dance rooms.
• As always, try your best in every class!

04.

Parent observation.

• Parents are welcome to observe during designated parent watch night observation weeks.
• To minimize distractions, parents should avoid entering classrooms during instruction unless invited by staff.

05.

Recital participation.

• Costume fees and recital fees must be paid by published deadlines.
• Attendance at rehearsals is required for recital participation.

06.

Weather & emergency closures.

• Studio closures due to weather or emergencies will be announced via GroupMe / social media.
• Make-up classes may be offered at the studio's discretion.

07.

Photography & social media.

• The studio may photograph or video classes, performances, and events for promotional purposes.
• Parents wishing to opt out should notify the studio in writing.
